I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza Saturday night Sep-29, for pick up, they told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. They... lied to me. I was there to pick it up before the time, I waited for my pizza for over 1 hour. I was not happy. When they finallygave me my pizza, it wasn't hot. Here they told me it was right out of the oven, which was another lie. The bottom of the pizzabox would have been hot being it just came out of the oven, however it was barely warm. I was so hungry and upset, I just wantedto eat, so I left with my barely warm pizza. I understand Mountain Mike's pizza gets busy I extremely busy, however that doesn'tgive them the right to lie to their customers. I have been a loyal customer for MMP, I didn't deserve this happening to me. Iwill give this location a second chance cuz I am a loyal customer and I enjoy their pizza very much over any other pizza places.If it happens again I will never return to this location. Called our order in. Waited 5 minutes inside and it was ready. She asked if we would like napkins, plates, parmesan, chili... flakes. She was very nice. Great customer service. Read more

Time commitments not met by +1hr this time. ordered from the app, followed up 1.5 hrs later, immediately put on hold for 10 min,... then told us the app delivery time was wrong, and that we had to wait another hour, we cancelled the order. Minutes later Icall the store, put on hold for 4 minutes immediately, I acted as another customer, asked the delivery time for a large and iwas told 35 minutes. Read more

I've been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was... surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the lastseveral times we've had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting.Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza andthrew it back in and told me it would be out shortly. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked to see how much longer thinkingthey had boxed it up and forgotten me. The pizza they thought was mine, wasn't. They didn't bother telling me until I asked, andthen was told I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. The only employee that even cared was the employee who saw mewaiting the entire time he was able to take his lunch break. They 100% forgot to make my pizza until after I paid. Once we tookit home, we realized they put no effort in to trying to make it look good or cut it evenly. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning. We went to the area for pizza and salad at Michales pizza but they were closed.... We came here and the salad bar looked ok at first but almost everything was warm and rotten once we served ourselves and tastedit. When our vegetarian pizza came out it had only a few fresh tomatoes, one of which had the stem top, I asked for a few more.The employee brought more of them to our table in his hands. He had gloves on, but it was just another way to see the lowstandards. My son, who ate his salad (I did not after tasting how bad it was), had a stomach ache before we even left. $75dinner that was gross and made us feel sick. Pizza is good. Customer service sucks. I walked in made eye contact with the girl at the counter as I'm walking up to the... counter she finishes up with the person she is helping and when I'm only 10 feet away she turns around and goes to the back tojoin a conversation with her coworkers. Laughing and having a good time. Just standing there while I waited several mins justto be acknowledged by any staff member. I had for sure been seen by at least 3 staff. No acknowledgement. Nothing. Justignored. I understand they may be busy. But that doesn't mean you can't be polite. Not a busy day. There were only 2customers in the building. You can make time to at least greet me. Read more

The pizza was pretty good, they actually listened when I said I wanted it doublecut (most pizza places just ignore that when I... ask) and it was pretty fresh. The only really bad thing about this place is that I had it delivered and it took a while for meto get it, about an 1h and 20min just keep in mind that I live pretty close to the place. I shouldn't have to call and ask wheremy pizza is but that's what I did and it came about 10min later, so other than that it not bad Read more
