I picked up my online order. Still had to wait an extra 10 minutes and they didn't have the green tea that I ordered. When I... asked about it, I got no response. If I wasn't sick with the flu/covid, I would have said something. I wasn't too thrilled tohave had to wait inside, after waiting outside for 20 minutes and receiving a text that it was ready. This is the best Panda Express around ! They give you generous portions of their delicious food and are very friendly and... efficient! This is the closest you can get to the old On Lock Sam's in Stockton! Love this food! Read more

This panda is great! The food is always fresh and not burnt like some other panda's. They keep it clean and they are friendly.

I ordered the broccoli beef to go and it was all broccoli not one piece of beef. ( I am not exaggerating at all) I ate it... anyways because I just got off and have to get up in 4 hours. Just how do you manage to make broccoli beef with no broccoli? Itmakes me really frustrated Read more

I sent in an online order and came to the store. I was told I didn't have an order. I went back to my car to get my phone and... received a notification that my order was ready. When I asked the clerk, she said they were waiting for 1 entree. I sat andwatched as the rest of my order sat on a counter and the entree was refilled twice. After 25 minutes I inquired and was told myorder would be remade. I watched the original clerk open each container push it down and add hot food over the cold food .Talked to the manager and explained loudly the issue. It would take 3 to 5 days to cancel an online order. I am now ar almost anhour and yet no food. Read more

I've visited this location repeatedly, and like every other panda it is commonly quite busy. All stores prioritize online... orders, which can can be very frustrating, however getting freshly cooked quality food in a seven minute wait is no differentthan having to wait in line at McDonald's, jack in the box or burger king when they don't have it all ready as they claim. Thestaff have always been very polite and expedient, I haven't had to wait longer than about ten minutes and that was gettingfreshly made food right off the wok. Read more
