Ordered on Friday, 2 pizzas and wings. Opted not to tip on my card because I had cash. Driver arrives late and he forgot one of... the pizzas. I had to chase him down and tell him I was missing one. He said he would go grab it and be back. 20 minutes later, adifferent driver brought the missing pizza. The entire ordering/delivering process took over an hour. I live less than 9 minutesaway. The next day, I get a notification that they added their own tip FROM MY CARD. I didn?t authorize that extra charge. Iemailed their ?papa johns review? and didn?t get a response.
