Ordered on Friday, 2 pizzas and wings. Opted not to tip on my card because I had cash. Driver arrives late and he forgot one of... the pizzas. I had to chase him down and tell him I was missing one. He said he would go grab it and be back. 20 minutes later, adifferent driver brought the missing pizza. The entire ordering/delivering process took over an hour. I live less than 9 minutesaway. The next day, I get a notification that they added their own tip FROM MY CARD. I didn?t authorize that extra charge. Iemailed their ?papa johns review? and didn?t get a response. The total that was initially charged to my card vs. the final totalcharge are different. Despite being a repeat customer, I won?t be returning here. Read more

So freaking disgusted and angry at the middle eastern older dude who thought he could talk his trash, 1st of all I ordered 4... papadias and spent $26 with 3 out of 4 of them having no freaking meat, I called the store and the punk told me to just complainonline because the owner doesn't care and wouldn't fix my order!!!! This is the best quality and best tasting pizza chain in town! Hand-tossed goodness! Sometimes I go pick it up and sometimes... get it delivered, but always makes the family happy and full at dinner. Their newer stuffed crust is definitely worth it. Ourfavorite is the garlic chicken pizza. The owners are also super friendly ;) Read more
Coming from San Francisco to home in hanford. Had to stop by because we DO NOT have a Papa Johns there. It did not disappoint!... The service was great!
