The cheese and meat was so delicious, and the sauce applied just right. I do wish the crust was more flavorful, and held up... better after a day or two, but everything else didn't have either of those problems. Read more

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible. Didn't make my pizza right wanted to charge me 1.50 per topping additionally on... top of what I had already paid ($12.99). Told me my pizza actually only cost my like $3 because it was just a cheese. (Wrong).Refused to fix the pizza, give me a refund, or get me a manager. Refused to state her name when I asked so I could complain to amanager Finally someone came forward from the back and immediately offered to add the missing topping -which was all I askedfor in the first place! Don't order from this store! That girl was probably going to pocket the extra if I had been dumb enoughto pay twice . Don't order online from them. Very good pizza. Very easy and fast for pick up and cooking time. Very surprised at how well established Papa Murphys is in... their flavors and quality. So much better tasting then the high priced, low quality pizza competitors. And this location hassome awesome people in the back of the counter. I rated it a 3 instead of a lower rating because the pizza was fine. What was not fine was the customer service. I have... been to this store several times and always seem to catch the rude people that are busy. I've noticed this with othercustomers as well. I ordered my pizza to be ready in 45 minutes. I got there in 55 minutes so it should have been done. Theytold me they would start on it but were not apologetic and just told me I had to wait. I had given them 10 extra minutes toensure that I wouldn't have to wait. 2 more people came in while I was waiting and they ran into the same problem. They alsowere not given an apology. Just told they had to wait. Both explained that they had already waited far too long and theywere given an excuse about being busy. No apology. One lady canceled her order. Just think they could have better customerservice. Read more
