Still the best pizza chain pizza and better than most others. Wings are top notch as well. Order is always ready on time.
The pizzas used to be better. There is definitely less cheese now. I ordered over 2 hours ahead and the order was ready 5... minutes late. That is much better than getting it an hour late at Papa Murphys and I still had to go home and cook them. Read more
Today was my bday and i hoped for a nice Pizza. I placed contactless curbside pickup and they refused to bring it out! they said... they couldnt bring it out and that they couldn't give it due to number not connected to the order even though we gave the name.I was so disappointed and upset this never happened before and just ruined my birthday. Over the years I have always had good service from this place. But today. I ordered pizza, spicy chicken and pasta. Well when I... got home. The pizza was barely cut. And maybe a handful of cheese on it.. all the food was cold. But worst of all.all the meaton the pizza was all on one side. My dog didn't even walked away from it. This was the pizza I ever had. I called in an order. It was hot and ready to go in 15 minutes. The workers were nice and attentive as well.
Changing my review from 2* to 3*. 2nd visit was better. My order was correct and the food hot. My experience with Pizza Hut has... been good over 20+ years but the overall taste of their pizza crust and cheese they currently use has seemed to have had adirect impact on the quality and taste of their products. I will relate it to keeping pizza prices competitive in a horribleeconomy. I'm switching to their competitor because price matters but I love a good pizza. 1st trip. Overcharged me for thewrong pizza. They acknowledged their error but still charged for me for the more expensive pizza. Told me that a large pan pizzawas the same price as a hand tossed pizza the proceeded to give me a receipt where I was charged an additional fee for the panpizza even though a received a hand tossed pizza. Bottom line is, if you make a mistake on a customers order and verify theerror was yours and the customer agrees to accept your error, either correct the bill to reflect what they received or don'tbill them at all. Never overcharge a customer for your error. Read more
