***DISCLAIMER - ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS A 3, BUT THE EXEMPLARY WAY THIS BUSINESS FIXED MY ISSUE MAKES THIS BUSINESS... 5-WORTHY*** Normally I?d give 5. My wife and I love Pizza Hut: we love the deals, we love the points we can earn from them, andthe affordability and value are great. Nevertheless, I?d like to give constructive criticism on what I?ll call a solid (if notstrong) 3. I placed a mobile order yesterday at the east orangeburg location (where I normally go due to proximity). The storesaid it was out of white sauce. My next best option was the west orangeburg one. That one let me select it (specifically thegarlic Parmesan white sauce). I placed the order around 130 to have it done by 4. I get a call around 340 stating they?ve beenhaving white sauce issues all week. I can?t get the pizza with that sauce. First off, who is monitoring these ?future dated?tickets? Why did it take 2 hours to reach out? Was the ball just dropped? Also, when I asked about perhaps getting a freecookie on next visit (or the like) due to the ordering issue, I was advised to talk to a general manager who wasn?t immediatelyavailable. Now, please understand that the food was piping hot and outstanding. Also, Oscar was a very personable rep.Nevertheless, something has to be done to offset the online ordering issue with the sauce availability. I?ll keep ordering fromPizza Hut. I got a lot of points to use. The food and value are great! A better job could?ve been done with this latest visit,though. Hope this helps and thanks for your time. ***ADDENDUM TO ORIGINAL REVIEW*** The owner promptly addressed my issue.While my order wasn?t made correct for this latest experience, the rep didn?t hesitate for a second in correcting the order. Sheeven made sure my order in its entirely (it was partially wrong at first) was fresh. This establishment is worthy of a 5; itbounced back exemplarily after dropping the ball on a recent order. Idk what happened to Pizza hut over the years? The pizza use to be tastey now it has a wierd sweet taste to it? Little Cesar's... actually tasted better and cheaper. Read more

Excellent customer service very nice and very polite and very friendly employees. I ordered the food for our church meeting and... everyone enjoyed it very much. I ordered a pizza at 10:49pm and it was suppose to arrive at 11:20pm. Okay not bad for a Friday night. Well 11:20 came and went,... midnight came and still no pizza. So I call back this morning wanting a refund to be refused a refund. The story is that themanager delivered our pizza around 11-11:39pm last night and knocked on the door, got no answer, yet we were sitting in theliving room the whole time, and she texted the phone number provided and because I accidentally gave them the wrong phone numbershe left with our pizza, though it was the right address provided. It was paid for and now I am being told I cannot get a refundbut they?ll remake my food and deliver it today. I?m sorry but no, this is completely unacceptable. I spent money last night toget food after the pizza did not show up. I wanted that pizza last night, NOT today. I also like my pizza without hair and spittherefore I don?t want the pizza today. I?m sorry but in the past being a pizza delivery, you don?t get an answer at the door,you leave the pizza at the door. This is completely unacceptable and I still want a refund. Read more

The driver was unable to find my address despite the map saying exactly where we are. The store manager required us to pay... another driver "gas money" of $5 to deliver our order. When the driver arrived, he refused to provide the pizza until we havehim $5. When asked who it was for, he replied "I don't know." I put in a complaint for demanding extra money. The order wascorrect except for the special instructions to double cut. None of our pizzas were double cut. Read more

Best Pizza Hut in town. Hands down. Friendly staff always willing to be helpful. They are very attentive and lively. The whole... staff looks like they enjoy working here. This is the Pizza Hut to go to they will accommodate all your pizza needs. If you needanything ask to speak with Patrice or Jessica vet helpful and have never failed to satisfy. They have had made mistakes beforeon orders but they always make amends. No need to yell just explain the situation and they will help you Read more
