Ordered from the Round Table app. Pizza was delivered but not the family size salad. When I called, I was informed they couldn?t... refund me and would not send it back out since ?door dasher stole it?. I reiterated that I didn?t order on DoorDash. They toldme it didn?t matter. I ended up going to the restaurant to get the salad and they did give me a refund, however, never once wasthere an apology! Worst Customer Service! Do yourself a favor and go to the Round Table on Pelandale. This is the second time Ihave had delivery issues with this store on McHenry. Also! It?s probably not a great environment to work since an employee wastalking to a customer about how the labor board had been called due to poor working conditions and management. Ordered a small pizza and some bread twists. After waiting 30 minutes noticed some twists set on the counter to send out. After... 50 minutes the pizza arrives Luke warm , after complaining and asking where the breadsticks were they bring the ones that hadbeen sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes. They were ice cold . When brought to the attention of the manager she wasextremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less. Finally convinced her to make new ones instead of reheating. New onestook over 20 minutes . Very bad dining experience. Would not recommend going during busy hours. Read more

The pizza was good, but weird issues with ranch dressing brought my score down. You had to pay for ranch dressing and therefore... it was not easily accessible fr our salads at the salad bar. Toppings for salads were old. Read more
Had my Great Nephew's Birthday party here. The pizza has improved since the last time I was here.
This is one of the better Round Tables. They have a bar, decent arcade (it could be better), and lots of TV's for... Football/Sports... Not sure if they get Sunday Ticket but, will update if I find out. Read more
