Ordered pick up on the App and got there at 5:40pm and they had the door locked and was told to go through drive through which... had a long line. I did a mobile order and when I arrived the door was closed and locked said sorry for the inconvenient and they close when they... said they were open till 10:00 I tried to go to drive through and they closed the drive-thru. They were in please still inside Iknocked on the window cuz I wanted to get the employee to come to the door to ask how do I go about getting my refund since theyare not making my order or giving it to me. She refused to come I've been knocked and knocked and not still refuse to come shewas like we are closed we are closed. I understood that they were closed I was trying to get answers to how about getting mymoney back. Why would you accept a mobile order and then refuse to make my order and give it to me and decide to close early Ithink it's inconvenient how's the management of this store allows these people to choose when they want to close early or whenthey want to open early or late they do this all the time. What's the point of having Starbucks in that location if you can'tfollow through in your hours or at least come and give you a customer and answer about the mobile order that you accept it whenyou decide to close the store early Read more
Waited 30 min in line and was late back to work. Drink was made wrong with regular milk instead of oatmilk. I ordered a loaf... warmed and it was very cold when I got it. It also tasted gross so I tossed it out. The drink was also gross so didn?t drink it. Read more
I?ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times, they make the drinks good, but their employees are rude. Their lines normally... take a longer time than it should (other Starbucks have longer lines and take less time & act in a friendly normal manner). TheBarista just asked me what I wanted, didn?t even tell me the total just ? what can I get you?, read off what I wanted and deadsilence for a while and I eventually pulled up. Read more
the worst service I have ever experienced in the drive thru, super slow service total time was 30 minutes of waiting which 10... was just to receive my order of 2 drinks 1 wrong and the other a mangopassion fruit lemonade it looked like water with a littlecolor and lemon, it had no flavor at all, I went to complain but the lobby was closed and very rudely the 5 employees frominside made signs to me that I had to go through the drive thru again, I told them that my order was wrong but no one approachedto the door, very angry I went to the drive thru again, and I was 7 minutes and the line did not move thank God I did not have acar behind me, I backed up and left very angry . Tired of you guys closing the store but leaving the online mobile order app on. I waited 15 minutes to send my husband and you... guys have doors locked. In that case manager Jackie should know how to turn off online order so people are not upset aboutwaisting time..... I have had this happen before and just knock in the door but never had a manager send me around through thedrive through when my order is done and paid for... ridiculous and I come here everyday. Employees are the coolest! So down to earth. But... I have to say this is the slowest location of them all. This is the closet... to my house but I usually go farther to another location because of the wait times here. Has to be a management thing because Ifrequent many a extremely busy Starbucks all over California. Read more
