Hello all. I'm a 47 year old black man. I walked into Starbucks at this location and immediately felt uncomfortable. Me being... the cool person I am, I calmly ask for a Caramel Macchiato with whip cream. More people came in after me and got their orderright away. The people who got their order before me was not black. So, I felt racially profiled. Never had an issue withgetting my order right away until today. I waited like 5 mins to get my order. People who came in got their orders as soon asthey paid. I had to get up from sitting and ask "Do you guys have my order ready"? The young lady said, "Oh, I see your order Igot it coming now". I said to myself "this is unbelievable". They gave me a bigger size coffee but it doesn't make up for theway I was treated. I fear that if I didn't ask when will my coffee be ready I would have been waiting a very long time. Read more
Great Store and atmosphere. The staff in the mornings are always smiling, who wouldn't around coffee right? Bella is pretty cute... and polite as well. I have nothing but good things to say about the morning crew! Read more
Very upset.. paid 11 dollars for this, we let the drink settle for 5 minutes and this is what we got... drink looked full but... felt light, Added 4 shots of espresso so it makes you think what the heck did I get ( suppose to be Venti caramel ribbon crunch) Read more
This is the worst customer service Starbucks don't waste your time or money at this location. I would fire everyone as a owner... and start over again with good quality people. Or just go across the street to where sonics use to be those are good qualityworkers who love there job. Read more
Friendly service with a smile and the drinks were on point . This is our go to Starbucks even though we live closer to two other... locations. The drive through is usually pretty full but if you walk in it's just as quick if not quicker and you leave happy Read more

My order is messed up again. This location messes up my order often. No one knows how to make a proper esspresso. They forget... my sandwich. Or they give you a bagel instead of a sandwich. Won't be coming here for a while. Not like they care about 1customer anyway. Read more
Ordered online went in with my little ones and my kids drink and cake pops were ready to go. The ambiance was pretty relaxing.
