Excellent customer service. The barista went above & beyond to walk me through the pour-over process, & to advise me on grind... sizes. She did a pour-over for me w the Cafe Verona & it was excellent. Read more
This particular store has not provided me with what I ordered the last 2 times I have been there, both within the last week. ... When I told the Barista today that my drinks 2 days ago were both missing their flavorings- one was a Mocha Frap and one a ChaiTea Latte, both just tasted like plane latte's. Today, I informed her of my experience on Thursday, and was clear on how today'sdrink needed to be made. She told me she was sorry, but then handed me today's drink that also was incorrect. I didn't knowuntil I had driven away. She did not offer to remake anything from Thursday. I looked on my app and you can see what drinkswere purchased at what store, with the time stamp. She was polite, but you would think they would have tried harder today. Verydisappointing. Read more
