I've been coming here for a while now, just when I happen to need to drop by in between traveling around town. Immediately as I... sat down, I was approached by security (which has never happened before at any Starbucks I've ever been to) and was told that Icould not be there without ordering. I have never been discriminated against or profiled by any Starbucks before so this is areally bad feeling. I'm sitting here right now in the middle of the place and everyone was looking at me like while he wastrying to exit me. I can't believe I am getting treated like this. Maybe it's because of my religious clothing? Maybe it'sbecause I have noticeable holes in the style of my leggings. Whatever it is, if you don't want to be profiled and ridiculed byothers while trying to have a good experience at a cafe-- do yourself a favor and go to the other Starbucks down the street fromhere. It's maybe a 2-3 minute drive and you deserve better. Read more
If I could I would give 0 stars , I go here everyday ! And it?s not my fault there always in a rush and don?t make the drinks... right , they always either make my drink tooo strong or tooo sweet ! My Venti ice white chocolate was so good. Staff was friendly..place was clean. Enjoyed a coffee with my best friend.
The reason for the 4 star is because of the parking and no out let's to charge. Other than that. Great customer service, made... my drinks correctly, got my order right. The store is clean, pretty, organized. Love the wood accents. Love the floors. Read more

I I walked in went to the register and I asked for the code to use the restroom, as all locations use a code for the restroom.... The partner from Starbucks said I wasn't allowed to use it because I wasn't a customer I said I am a customer but I need to usethe restroom first she proceeded to open the code to the restroom now this is the first time I've encountered somebody questionif I'm a customer or not I said I am actually a frequent customer of all Starbucks and she walked away and I did not buy a drinkbecause the way she treated me she didn't need my business Very bad customer service Read more
Both times I?ve been here I?ve had absolutely great customer service from your employees, always a lovely tone of voice, a... smile, & a ?have a nice day?. I was having a bit of difficulty saying my order because I was still numb from my dentistsappointment, & the employee that helped me didn?t hesitate to lean forward a little so I didn?t sound like a loud, mumblingmess. My favorite place to order before work. Do not use SB parking lot in front due to the drive-thru. Use the parking lot that is... share between SB & McDonald's if you plan to go in. Very fast. SUPER CLEAN. Great service. Read more
