Grab a tasty beverage after shopping. If you're lucky they may still have your favorite little goodie, left like a chocolate... croissant ???? Staff is friendly and helpful if you're considering trying something different than your usual. Now I'm hooked onthe Nitro Cold Brew...that's my drink now. Fuggedabout a hot carmel latte. The nitro has less calories and is an awesome choiceduring the summer. Read more

Baristas here have absolutely no idea how use Starbucks Rewards, nor cancel or refund an order. They're so clueless. Not very... friendly service either. They have no skills in talking to customers. They should be properly trained before even get hired towork in here. Read more

I finally remembered to use my Starbucks gift card. I had vanilla cold brew and it was quite good, smoother than most coffee.... Too bad all the calories. I usually just make coffee at home and drink it black. Read more

I usually enjoy coming her because I get my nails done at the nail salon two doors down. But today was awful because of a... barista being extremely rude. Bryanna preferred talking to one specific customer (the customer herself was super nice lol) thenhelping anyone else. When it came my turn to order, she cut me off several times in the middle of my orders to ask me what sizeI wanted or if I wanted whipped cream, answers she would have gotten if she actually let her customers speak. It's either you like it or you don't. I get coffee at least once a week from Starbucks. Wait time can be a bit long at certain... times of the day, but overall I've never really had a bad experience from any of them. Great customer service! Prefer thechocolate cake pops, but they always seem to run out ???? the Fall fox one isn't too bad. Read more

Terrible customer service! I rarely go to this Starbucks despite being a frequent shopper at this Safeway. I decided to get... their Friday special of a any grande beverage and a pastry for $5. First when I walked up to it. One of the girls was making adrink and the other was behind the register writing stuff down. Never once did she acknowledge me. So I thought whatever nobiggie. The other girl comes over and takes my order. The one initially behind the register leaves. So it's just the girl makingthe drinks and taking the orders. I give her my order and pay for it. I step aside and the lady behind me places an order, whichI notice is taking some time. Again, no big deal. The girl finishes taking her order and takes payment. She starts on my drink(grande double chocolate chip frapp). In the blender she already has nearly all the ingredients (mocha syrup, milk, ice,chocolate chips and was about to put the base syrup) Suddenly, the lady whose order she just took after me, decides she wants toorder something else too. The worker puts down my order and begins to ring her up. I say to her, "Excuse me, can you pleasejust finish up my drink?" She looks at me and says rudely, "She's a paying customer!" Umm, what the f*** am I? (I didn't saythat) Honestly, it does not make sense, especially in these times of Covid 19 to practically make an entire drink, but yet stopin the middle of it to take another order. Potentially handling money, germs etc. I will not be going there again! Terribleservice and these young workers just don't have any common sense! Read more
