Great customer service from a male barista (I didn't get his name), late Friday night at the drive-thru window. I ordered a... drink & when I got to the window he told me their system was acting up so it was on them. I really appreciated the free drinksince they add up. Any other restaurant would've asked for cash (which I didn't have) or turned me away. The location is nice &lit up & the line is usually short, if there's any at all. The woman who took my order(Marina) in drive through was so rude! She wouldn't let me finish my order she kept interrupting me.... Come to find out she identified herself as the manger. When I got to the window to pay I dumped my drink into my personal cupand asked her to toss the Starbucks cup I just ordered away for me. She rudely said she cant throw away any trash forcustomers..I JUST BOUGHT IT FROM YOU!! But ok..I get it..so then I asked if they'd was a trash can on their property that Icould use and throw away the cup myself. She said "I DONT KNOW" AND then corrected herself and said no.
