Great customer service from a male barista (I didn't get his name), late Friday night at the drive-thru window. I ordered a... drink & when I got to the window he told me their system was acting up so it was on them. I really appreciated the free drinksince they add up. Any other restaurant would've asked for cash (which I didn't have) or turned me away. The location is nice &lit up & the line is usually short, if there's any at all. The woman who took my order(Marina) in drive through was so rude! She wouldn't let me finish my order she kept interrupting me.... Come to find out she identified herself as the manger. When I got to the window to pay I dumped my drink into my personal cupand asked her to toss the Starbucks cup I just ordered away for me. She rudely said she cant throw away any trash forcustomers..I JUST BOUGHT IT FROM YOU!! But ok..I get it..so then I asked if they'd was a trash can on their property that Icould use and throw away the cup myself. She said "I DONT KNOW" AND then corrected herself and said no. No we do not havegarbage cans here. I was in disbelief because usually I get met with great customer service but this was so far out there.Needless to say I will not be returning. Read more

This is an excellent Starbucks, incredible service, also used at times as a training facility, where new employees work... side-by-side with highly experienced. Can get very busy, yet they're one of the more innovative Starbucks I have encountered,in how they deal with highly busy times. Probably shouldn?t have opened the store before the staff was trained. I watched a girl remake my drink three times, and it?s... just a common menu item. They don?t even fill the cup all the way. It?s the only Starbucks on my way to work so I've stoppedthere a few times so far, hoping it will improve each time. Maybe a store manager from another location should come in and helpout. Read more
I was so happy when I seen the Starbucks pop up it?s a beautiful location and because nobody knows about it there?s never any... line I was also really happy with the staff every time that I?ve went I?ve been treated really nicely and it?s been a goodexperience until today... The supervisor Erika was very rude to me she belittled me spoke to me like a child and when I askedfor her name she made sure to say Erika I?m a supervisor. As someone who?s been in management for over 30 years I know thatshe?s young and she has a lot to learn the way you treat your customers goes along way. Read more
Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to this was the dumbest location to put a Starbucks maybe just because the building is an old... sonic building but that layout is not working for them no point on pre-ordering your drink because you have to wait in line ifthere?s one there is no dining/lobby that?s why she said we have to wait in line to get our pre-order drinks and my drinks werenot even made correctly my Matcha drink which I add five additional Matcha powder scoops tasted like straight milk not sure hownew this location is but it for sure needs more training Read more
