Super rude. I was picking up an order and to start it seemed like a total inconvenience to them that I got there 8 minutes after... the scheduled pick up time (I'm sorry girls but I was stuck in the traffic on carpenter). Keep in mind it was around 740 atnight, still business hours. Both girls rudely tell me they don't have the bread I want or the cookies, then come to find outthey didn't have the chips either. Not to mention they thought it was cute to mumble whatever back and forth to one anotherwhile glaring and both my neice and I. Hey, if you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on customers. As soon as Iwalked out the one girl runs over to the door and locks it. My husband came in today to grab us both lunch. It wasn't busy at all. We assume it's a new employee, but the young Caucasian... brunette stationed mid-counter making sandwiches was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Before my husband could even think of thenext item to add to two different sandwiches, she quickly and rudely would say, "What else. What else. What else." Not even inthe form of an actual question like she cared. Very annoyed and monotone. Normally your employees are friendly, patient, andgive you time to think, but not this woman. He asked for light mustard on my sandwich, yet it was oozing out the side. He askedfor salt/pepper and oil/vinegar on both sandwiches, but she was going so fast and rushing him along that she didn't even putthat on either sandwich. She threw both of them together so quickly that my sandwich was mostly one sided. The fold was nothingbut meat and cheese while the opening was oozing out all of the condiments and vegetables. Either fast food and direct customerservice are not the right career choices for this person and they should be let go or they need to be monitored and retrainedfor a whole shift on how to best serve/interact with customers. Slow down and be thorough, learn how to tell when the customeris ready to decide on the next item, and learn how to not come off as rude, pushy, and uncaring. If you hate the job that much,just quit, because you're ruining the business for anyone you happen to serve with that kind of attitude and not many people aregoing to want to come back again. Bad news. I called in my order. When picked it up, wasn't what I ordered. Wanted bacon on it, no bacon. The yellow banana... peppers weren't yellow,they were green. Wasn't told the potato chips would be extra cost. When I called to complain, Indian ladyanswered and could have cared less. She didn't even offer to refund or make a offer to make right. Typical. Took my daughters to have lunch there & its been my go to place & sadly the service has gone down. & after witnessing the older... lady scratch her head, move items around, touching the walls and garbage WITH her gloves on & then making a sandwich sickens me.She did not change her gloves after touching everything. Disgusting!! Wont be returning. Read more

Found bugs in my subs. I bought 6 and after showing them to the person at the store and she saw them crawling around herself she... gave me some of my money back. I should have received a full refund but we took a few bites so for that reason we didn?t. Read more
