Was disappointed this time with the window service and getting my order complete. Simple order of 2 Mexican pizzas and 1 taco... supreme. Didn't check bag upon receiving it young black drive thru girl, thought they would get it right, since the receiptshowed I ordered and paid correctly. But no such luck, I get home to find only 1 pizza and 1 taco and was too tired to driveback during 5:00 traffic. Looked up location phone number using Google maps, which was easy and got an answer and an apology onfirst call, but still wondering, how hard is it to get a simple order right, almost seems like it was done on purpose, who knowsthese days, right. Went through drive through late evening. Placed large order. Got home and was missing 3 items. Before leaving to go get missing... items someone started eating their Mexican pizza. It had a foot plus long hair in it. Went back through drive thru to getreplacement pizza and the 3 missing items. Got home and started eating the replacement Mexican pizza. It was disgusting. Thecorn shell was totally stale and rancid tasting. I will never go to this location again. I think they purposely gave disgustingfood because of the problem. Read more
Drive thru was fast and accurate. Plenty of sauce packets and napkins. Customer service was excellent. Victoria helped smooth... my rough order and even gave me the receipt, with the specific purpose of helping me next time. Read more
The food is good, but the employees continuously fail at making/packaging orders correctly. Everytime my family orders on... DoorDash, there is never hot sauce, when hot sauce is clearly printed on the receipt. Once, I came in to pick up a mobile order,the employee was holding the receipt in his/her hand & asked me if the order had a drink with it. Uhh helloo? You're theemployee, with the receipt! I don't understand why this particular location has problems with reading a piece of paper. Read more
A 5 star review for the hard working Modesto drive thru staff, 4 the fast service and decent food during a busy dinner rush at... the Modesto location. But a 3 star review for the Corporate Menu Managers, for delaying the highly anticipated return of the"Mexican Pizza," aka..."Pizzaz Pizza" and the classic "Beef Burrito" and the Taco Bell original, "Encharito".
