I waited 30 minutes for a Burger, onion ring, and a shake, and was hoping that since it took so long, I would get hot food. I... took it straight to my car to dig into my hot food. It was all completely cold. They also got my order wrong. While I waswaiting, I heard about 8 different people complaining that their orders were wrong and every single person complained about thewait time. I heard no apologies to anyone. I had to take mine home, doctor it up, and nuke it, yuk. $16 for cold food and a 30minute wait deserves a 1 star rating. Oh, and there were black crumbs in my shake???? Read more
This is a nice place to grab a vegan sandwich (can't call it a burger!) and sweet potato fries! We use the mobile app to order... and our food is usually always ready for pick up by the time we arrive after only drive a couple miles to their location. Wehave ordered for delivery and there has not been any problems with getting our orders correct. My only reason for not givingthis store a 5 star is the way the food is placed in the bags. The sweet potato fries always are stacked on top of each otherand become kinda mushy which is not a good thing. Hoping the corporate gets enough input to do something different about that. Read more
The burgers here are the bomb! I can't really say that because I only always get the Santa Barbara Char. It's the best! It's... right by house, so not there best idea but the self control is working out for now... I also always get their sweet potatofries. A-mazing!!! The place does an excellent job, the workers are awesome! Ignore the karens on Yelp or at the storecomplaining about goes know what. My parents came by to visit the other day and they prefer ordering in. I suggested Habit andthey went for it. They got the impossible burger substitutions and loved it! Read more
This are the only burgers I can eat, they are tasty and delicious, they can be single or combo with fries and soda, also sizes,... actually some options can be in a salad. Prices are good. The environment is comfortable, and the decoration is simple andenjoyable. I love the how families meet her for dinner but also is nice for a night date. Read more

I have never experienced a bad meal here. We dined inside and the employees were adhering to covid safety guidelines. The... burgers are great here but I prefer the healthier garden salad with seared ahi coupled with their balsamic dressing. Thebalsamic tastes like they make it but I'm not sure about that. Enjoy!
