Have loved this place for a while! Falafel, gyros, and chicken over rice are all amazing. The falafel is always crispy on the... outside, not greasy at all despite being fried, and the inside is super tender and delicious. To everyone that has not tried Almadinah Market I suggest that you do. We ordered this past weekend for my mother in laws... birthday. They were very accommodating being that I wanted the food later in the day. So I ordered in the afternoon and pickedit up later that evening. When I walked in everything was ready and I also was offered help to bring it to my car. Well theservice and the food was excellent. I believe we tried everything on the menu. I am still eating leftovers because theportions are huge. They are also reasonably priced. We had a feast. I strongly recommend them. Very unassuming place that you would easily pass without really noticing. Do yourself a favour and make an effort to visit if... you enjoy Middle Eastern fare and are in the area. We ordered the lamb gyro and a lamb wrap for a quick snack and picked up somepantry items as well. The meat was well seasoned and the pickles and sauce balanced nicely. On top of this the prices arereasonable and the service friendly. If you’re going around lunchtime bear in mind that it opens at 14:30pm. Definitely alocal place I’d want to support. Read more

So freaking good! I just had the beef and lamb gyro wrap and it was spectacular! Better than I remember my last nyc gyro. Got... the red and the white sause with some extra on the side. I have ordered from here many times and it's always delicious. I have recently turned to a vegan diet and what I ordered today... which was the falafel on rice with hot sauce and white sauce was freaking awesome! I love love love this place. This little market has the best Halal middle eastern food. There falafels are amazing!! Order ahead... and they will have it ready for you. Park around the side, there is minimal seating but so you can eat there . I woulddefinitely recommend it for your next take out night. Try something new and delicious! Read more

Almadinah Market is a treasure chest of flavors, great atmosphere, and family. You feel right at home here. When I first walked... through the doors I was greeted with a lovely smell and Ahmad's bright smile. I have tried just about everything on the menu,there is not an overwhelming amount to choose from so you can tell that the dishes on the menu are specialty quality. Myfavorite dish to get here is the Chicken and rice with white and red sauce. The flavors are so rich and complex, the ingredientsare always fresh, the food is always hot, the service is always above and beyond, Ahmad treats everyone like family.
