This particular Chipotle has been under staff for more than a month, but yet you have customers waiting on long car lines for... orders you can only place online; mind you the dining area is not open to the public nor is anyone allowed in the store exceptthe few employees who work there. There are no signs alerting drivers who are unaware of the pickup online only service, andmany wait till they get to pickup window only to be aggravated and upset that they can't place an order. Really a mixed bag coming here. My order is messed up more often than not. It seems to always be understaffed which is why I... assume the dining room is closed a lot of the time. The location in general is not great during busy times but that?s not therestaurant?s fault. Overall though, not a great experience majority of the time. The employees clearly work hard here but seem to be put it a tough situation. Many times there with only be one person working... the takeout/dine in section and they will have to do the customers full order and then also the payment. The drive thru ordersare clearly more important than the dine in, which I understand for the bottom line, but it sucks to see one employee strugglingand getting stressed out as the line inside balloons and they're trying to do one persons order at a time. The last two timesI've been here I honestly wasn't a huge fan of what I received either, it was just flavorless. I work near here but I reallydon't think I'll be back, and I used to go at least once a week, sometimes twice. Read more
