The employees clearly work hard here but seem to be put it a tough situation. Many times there with only be one person working... the takeout/dine in section and they will have to do the customers full order and then also the payment. The drive thru ordersare clearly more important than the dine in, which I understand for the bottom line, but it sucks to see one employee strugglingand getting stressed out as the line inside balloons and they're trying to do one persons order at a time. The last two timesI've been here I honestly wasn't a huge fan of what I received either, it was just flavorless. They splashed me with hot water on my stomach and nether region, offered no follow up or accountability, forced me to call... corporate and their manager was completely incapable of handling customer complaints. This particular Chipotle has been under staff for more than a month, but yet you have customers waiting on long car lines for... orders you can only place online; mind you the dining area is not open to the public nor is anyone allowed in the store exceptthe few employees who work there. There are no signs alerting drivers who are unaware of the pickup online only service, andmany wait till they get to pickup window only to be aggravated and upset that they can't place an order. Really a mixed bag coming here. My order is messed up more often than not. It seems to always be understaffed which is why I... assume the dining room is closed a lot of the time. The location in general is not great during busy times but that?s not therestaurant?s fault. Overall though, not a great experience majority of the time. I usually go through the drive thru but the last 3 orders were wrong so I decided to inside. All I can say is this place is... gross. Food everywhere, counters disgusting, people not changing their gloves. I stood there and watch for five minutes indisbelief. Absolutely horrendous. I couldn?t believe my eyes. 0 stars! By far the worst chipotle. Everything is cold and taste like Soap, Clorox and just Dirtiness. Stomach pains tonight..I... highly recommend not using same gloves to wash floors, clean dishes, handle cash, and food.
