Super rude people, specially the manager, terrible costumer service. I ORDER ONE FAMILY BOX, but they made 2 by mistake and they... wanted to charge me both of them even when I had proof of the email I received stating the total I had to pay. I have a lotpoints from all the times I have ordered and they declined to give the cinnamon buns that I wanted to redeem with my points,like... what the F are points for then... never again will I order here. The pizza tasted great. I walked into Mohegan Lake Pizza Hut and ordered two pizzas expecting to pay the price advertised on... television, $6.99 each for two. I ate 1 slice then waiter asked to wrap up the rest. I said no I?m still eating. Didn?t see him again for 20-25 minutes, until... I had to call out to him to get his attention. Then the bill was several dollars more than menu price. He points to a piece ofpaper taped up In front of the cash register. You can?t see it when you walk in & wait to be seated. I asked why he didn?t tellme about the price increase and he said oh I should have. I have a confession - I love Pizza Hut, and have since I was a kid, so take this five star rating with a grain of salt. This is... a subjective rating even for a personal review. This isn't the best pizza or even my favorite pizza, but I will still eat PizzaHut and enjoy it once every few months. Also, the staff here was friendly. Read more

This by far is the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut and I hadn't been to one in about nine years. I ordered two... (2) three topping pizzas and this was one of them. This pie was supposed to be spinach, onion, and pepperoni however, half thepie had no spinach. I decided to give the location a call and voice my displeasure to the proprietor. I voiced the FACT thatANYWHERE IN AMERICA if you order a three topping pizza, each slice should have all three toppings at least once.
