Usually my experience here is fine, but i went to pay with a $100 bill inside and the older woman at the counter actually yelled... at me because i didn?t have any smaller bills and she couldn?t give me change. I am now going to go out of my way to go to adifferent starbucks because getting spoken to like that made me highly uncomfortable. I?ve worked in fast food and was even amanager at a point, just ask a manager for change. It?s not that hard to do. I just walked out after that. Read more

I?ve been in the area for the past two weeks and I?ve been getting coffees here everyday since. Staff here has been outstanding... on every visit. After they?ve gotten used to our new faces made it even better. Absolutely no issues with the coffee. I do haveto say since I?m up here from NYC, the coffee taste a lot better than the ones in the city. Probably made with more love.Definitely appreciate y?all for keeping me caffeinated. ?????? When ordering in person, it?s fine because you can get things fixed. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order delivery from this Starbucks it?s... messed up. This time (as is often the case) I ordered Cream Cheese with my bagel, because what is a bagel other than a creamcheese delivery system? No cream cheese for me apparently. Regular customer. Always satisfied with the drinks. However, I ordered 3 drinks yesterday (1/14/22) that were just not good and... watery. Really felt a was drinking blended ice with water. Read more
Cleanliness needs a boost but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Fred and Agehi (I may have misspelled) are wonderful people... with great attitudes. I came in nearly every night while I was living in my car and they made me feel at home, safe and trulyhappy. This is a place that makes you feel like you truly belong. Read more
What can I say the drive through issues have been resolved with some well placed caution cones and as a result the lines move... more swiftly. Overall good experience, quick service with only the occasional out of stock items. Read more
