There was one entrance door in the front of the restaurant which was awkward to get to from the parking on the sides. We had to... walk across the drive-through lane. There was no provision for a wheelchair. he ladies' room soap dispenser was empty. You hadto be buzzed in to the bathrooms. My chicken sandwich fell apart for lack of a toothpick and I ended up with sauce all over myfingers as I put it back together and held on to the chicken so it would stay in place. It was a little spicier than I normallylike, but I am a wimp about spicy and moist people would probably love it. My husband liked his burger. If I ever go again, Iwill try something different. Great service and friendly staff. Only problem is they shut down the shake machine WAY TO EARLY !! People like shakes at night.... It doesn't matter if it's close to closing. I know it's shut down so the employees can go home sooner. But I've cleaned shakemachines before. They don't take that long. That they need to shut it down so early. It's bad business. I just went this morning and I don?t know what all these bad reviews are about but my food was amazing!! I was in and out of the... drive thru in 5 minutes. I ordered 13 different food items and my order was complete, fresh, and hot!! Both employees thathelped me through the window were very nice and attentive. Read more
This is the worst Jack in the box in the entire world!!!! They burn eggs consistently and the breakfast always served cold. I... called to speak to the store manager on 11/10/2021 @ 8:30am and some kid impersonated the store manager. I'm sure this businesswill be shut down soon! Read more
This Jack in the Box location is a reliable fast-food place, it has been consistent in putting out quality food for the past 3... years. The quality of customer service has really improved this year it went from basic service to actually trying to understandhow to connect with each customer. We have a very large family of seven and they have always been able successfully get usthrough in a timely manner. Read more
