Absolutely horrific, couldnt even use the bathroom on my long trip back home. There was a mess in every bathroom stall and I had... to clean it myself in order to use it. Stopped here about 3:00 pm. Decided to eat inside instead using the drive thru. That was a mistake. After getting my meal, I... looked for a table to sit at but they were all dirty. When we arrived at 9AM on a Tuesday, the indoor area was empty. However, it still took some time for someone to acknowledge us... and take our order. No soda of anykind was available and we had to wait for someone to open the restrooms for us. My bf'spancakes were so sweet, they couldn't be consumed and had to be thrown away. Hash brown had a ton of grease (hence the need forextra napkins). We only received a few napkins. I walked up to the empty counter to ask for more and and was completely ignoredby two of the employees (one I believe is a manager). After several passes I said, "excuse me" and the (manager) turned aroundand gave me the look from hell. I asked if I could have a few more napkins. She picked them up and handed them to me with herback partly towards me like I was a leper, the whole time not saying a word and glaring at me, as if I had done something wrong.Yes, even with your mask, I can see your nasty stare. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Don't take your personalissues out on other people. Thank God we don't eat here often. Next time, we'll just go to Jack-on-the-Box. Read more
Got lunch on my way to an appointment. Service was on point. I ordered a happy meal because I was not feeling super hungry,... hoping to get the Halloween bucket; but it turned out they sold out the night before. Regardless, the meal was delicious. Read more
