All the bad Reviews are people are invalid. There is a review of Manager Tony Being Racist is a lie!! I have worked at this... location. I dont think there is any better manager/owner than Tony and this coming from a guy who have work at least 13different job. Tony and angela make the working environment so fun they are always joking around with all the employees andtreat them like family!! Ordered online thru the app. Got a medium cheese pizza & pasta with Alfredo sauce & chicken. I immediately called the store to... ask for extra sauce on the pasta cause they don?t give you the option to ask for extra on the app. The person asked the girl ifshe put extra sauce on it already, she replied yes I did. How could she put it on if I didn?t ask yet? Of course, when I gothome I have dried up pasta noodles with some kind of white paste on them with dried out chicken. Thanks guys ???? Read more
Would never patronize this location EVER again. I was waiting out front for my order for about 10 minutes and the minute I sent... my nephew in to get my order the manager held my $20 bill up in the air twice to make sure that it wasn't fake! Didn't see thathappening the whole time I was sitting there. And I've been a resident of Frankfort for six years and never experienced thispractice. Won?t order again. TERRIBLE service tonight. Ordered several pizzas, appetizers, and desserts. It took an hour - for the... first delivery. The delivery guy didn?t know where to put it - despite the written directions ?on the table on the porch?. When my daughter told him on the table, he started to walk into my house! So much for choosing contactless delivery! Then, hewas missing at least half the order! 2 pizzas, one sandwich, one appetizer, one dessert - missing. When I called, the managersaid his name was Paul. I was upset because there were 7 hungry kids over and in a hurry. He just said the rest of the foodwas on its way. No offer to do anything else. When the delivery guy arrived again, he was still missing a pizza and ALL themarinara for the appetizers. When I called back, the girl who answered the phone didn?t even know ?Paul? the manager but didend up getting the same guy on the phone. He did offer to refund my money this time, but didn?t even try to replace the pizzaor marinara. They (manager and delivery guy) just kept saying they were busy. That is not an excuse. If you can?t handle theorder, just say you can?t accept any more orders. I could have ordered from many other pizza places, which I will do in thefuture. Mistakes happen, but both acted like it was my fault, and that I should be more tolerant because they were underpressure. Pizza was hot and fresh. Tasted fantastic! Delivery was quick and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised about the taste, (as... it's been many years since I've eaten Domino's pizza) which by the way...has come a long way since back in the day. The qualityand presentation of the pizza was excellent. I will be definitely be ordering from Domino's again. Read more
