We went there for a luncheon after my grandmothers funeral. When we asked for a box to take home the family style food we had... already paid for they told us no. In the past, would have given Fox's in Mokena 5 stars but yesterday's visit was very disappointing. My sister and I got a family... size salad for $11.99. To our surprise, the size was a bit larger than a regular dinner size salad. Total rip off. Our waitresswas a crab. Not friendly at all. She brought the wrong salad dressing and didn't care that she did. I will say the pizza wasgreat. It might be a while before we return. There's too many other restaurants with better service and better prices. Read more

Absolutely horrible…. Being a lifelong customer of Foxs then moving out of town we were excited to grab another pizza while in... town visiting family. We called our order in for 2 pizzas picked them up and drove to visit family. After opening them up oneof the pizzas was incorrectly made. Not what we ordered. Now I’m in the customer service business as well and treatingcustomer a with the us most respect is number one, we always try a way to say yes without upsetting the customer. So when Icalled and complained that my order was made incorrectly I was hung up on while waiting on hold. I called back and the womentold me to wait for a manager. The manager Juan answered the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained that the orderwas made incorrectly and he said come back and we will make a new one but he wanted to old one back. That would of been ok if Idid not already leave, but I was already at my destination and said I’m not driving back. He said they don’t do creditsanymore and he will have a driver bring a new pizza but wanted the old one back, I said ok that’s fine. So the driverarrived with the new pizza and we gave the old one back minus a few pieces. (Kids). Even the driver could not understand why hewould want it back. Made no sense to him. Anyway, about 30 minutes after the driver left Juan the manager called me back toharass me, basically telling my I’m a liar. Juan said I had to lift up the cheese to find the double sausage. Never in myentire career have I called a customer back calling them a liar after I agreed to rectify the issue. I’m sorry Foxs but youneed a new Manager and you lost a lifelong customer due to his incompetence in dealing with customers. Best. CMW Read more

Was here last night. Large cheese sausage and green pepper pizza cooked crisp. This pizza was awesome. Service was also very... good. Thanks Colleen for the rec to do crisp over well done. Read more

8/22 Good food and pleasant waitress although, hostess friendly and inviting welcome? NOT! The hostess (I believe her name... was April) she could use a lesson or 2 on how to greet and or ask questions and make sure to know the correct answers she wantsor needs to ask her customers instead of being rude when the customer shows proof of the correct answer. We were supposed to have a private area for our party of 30 for Rehearsal Dinner. They put us on the patio with two other large... groups. Very LOUD! Poor service. Rude behavior. Only one waiter for probably 75 people when you include the othergroups. When we finally got some of our drinks, our waiter slammed the bucket of beer on the table, walked away, then turn andglared at us. We were shocked. Our contract for our group's dinner stated it was to be a Cash Bar. An hour and a half intothe event, I was notified by the waiter that no one at Fox's told him it was a Cash Bar. (Weird because we had told him earlyon that we would be covering our table's drinks; NOT the other tables.) He said, either I could pay the entire drink bill or hewould go to all my guests and try to figure out who bought what and charge them after the fact. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I quietly paidthe entire drink bill so I didn't embarrass our guests after the waiter must have apparently told them it was open bar. Insteadof a Rehearsal Dinner (too loud for toasts or normal conversation) it was more like a pizza party at Chuck E Cheese. Based onprevious negative reviews I have since read, I know the owners will say it won't fall on deaf ears. I am skeptical. I willsend a private notification to Fox's with detailed date, time, group, etc in case they feel like trying to financially makingthis right. My final bill for the overpriced pizza party was $1,173.72 (including deposit). Also failed to apply $200 depositto final bill. Still waiting for a refund. (Update: Deposit Refunded) I will update this review further if/when theyrespond. Maybe refund the $140 gratuity and the $60 private room fee, plus deposit due. Read more
