We were out this way from the Chiropractor. Decided to stop in for a deep dish and calamari and more appetizer. Had my... Mother-in-law with. She had the Minestrone. Which was super hot, plus super good, just the way she likes it! We were seated inChristina's station. So we knew right away the service would be top notch and accommodating. We been there b4, she remembered mywife. The deep dish we had was super veggie, which was super good. We also met Frank the Giordano's owner. Good as pizza comes, was never a pizza fan growing up. I grew up in southwest Chicago neighborhood they had their first place... when they were voted best in Chicago. Went there tonight with my daughter and her boyfriend. They where busy and the manager apologized and asked us to please be... patient. They only had one waitress. We know how it's been everywhere lately so no big deal. Some time had passed and our deepdish pizza got misplaced lol. The manager gave us our meal for free and asked us if we wanted an appetizer while we waited so wesaid sure we will have some cheese triangles. He says nah u need to try all of them and gave us that as well. The thing is wedidn't really even notice or mind the delay. The free meal was great but also we would have been fine if we had to pay. We ordered three personal stuffed pizzas at a total of $37 and this is what I get! THIS IS NOT THE STUFFED PIZZA YOU ARE KNOWN... FOR!!!! So disappointed that I think I will go elsewhere from now on. The Giordano family should be ashamed of this. Read more

Positive review, for sure! The restaurant was clean outside and inside. Customer service was great. Frank DiBrizzi greeted us... with a smile, friendliness, and readiness. Food service was timely. Pizza was freshly made and had an excellent taste. Pizzaand ingredients had superb quality and taste-- sauce, cheese, crust, meat toppings, and veggie toppings. Shoutout to thecook! Excuse us for not getting a photo of the actual pizza. We were in a rush to hit the highway back home. My family and Ithoroughly enjoyed our visit and the pizza. Sweet waitress. The deep dish didn't take that long. Did you know that you can order a family bowl of salad for the table? I... appreciate this. Shame though that the Caesar salad is so terribly plain. Caesar salad at least has croutons. Nevertheless weappreciated the pizza. I'd recommend to say easy on the ingredients if you like your ingredients spread out and sparingly. Read more
Unprofessional cutting.. and we ordered plates and forks with crushed peppers and cheese but nothing coming with it ..
