Ordered a complete meatloaf dinner. It was overcooked and bland. Everything is just always average. Given place to many tries. ... They didn?t even offer me the desert that comes with meal. Left hungry because Only 40 percent of unburnt meat was edible.Salad average. Cream of chicken rice average. Main meal failed. No desert offered but was part of complete meal. Price was notfair for the quality. I didn?t come here to save a couple dollars. Try to support community businesses. I have to give up nowthat Ive tried again and again here. Awful! They made a mistake and refused to remedy the error. I asked twice for a full refund which they did not respond to. When... I went back days later to pick up the full dinner, they only wanted to give me parts of it stating that they had given me thesoup, salad, and dessert 2 days before. They then wanted to charge me full menu price for the side salad and soup instead ofthe difference between the meal and dinner. The girl stated it wasn?t her own mistake so there was nothing she could do aboutit. She then yelled at me as I was leaving accusing me of snatching the bag from her hands. I have never had worst customerservice and treated like it was my mistake at any other restaurant! This place has really gone downhill. This is our first first time here and the first sign it was good, was there was alot of people here at 1030-11a. We didn't wait... long only like 5-10 minutes. Both lunch and breakfast menus had alot of options and mostly typical stuff except for somespecialties. I got the Irish benedict that had corned beef hash on top the English muffin, it was really good. Uncle got theclub which was huge and good. Wife got the Sunday special with chocolate banana crepes, eggs hash browns sausage and bacon, itwas only 10.98 and I think 3$ extra for those crepes. It was HUGE and worth every penny. I am not a pro on biscuits and gravybut the biscuits were light and had a good flavor to them, the gravy was pretty good. Not too peppery. For the service we hadChristina and she was awesome! She was happy and even though she was busy spent time to chat with us with a smile, she was verypleasant to have. The cooks put sausage gravy on my Benedict by accident I guess and she came over to tell me they made amistake and she already told her boss she was giving us a discount which was amazing.
