It's got a great atmosphere, it's kinda cozy! Coffee is great, service with a 'mask' smile. Very helpful people asked good... questions when I was trying to share what I wanted with them. The baked goods, OMG, they are delicious and you should try!! Willalways return!! Read more

Call them for a coffee order. Went to pick up my coffee and was completely unenthused with the service so I left my coffee and... walked out the door. When I called to let them know of my complaint they hung up on me. Now that's top-tier horrible customerservice Read more

I normally order a caramel frapachino but yesterday decided I wanted to try something new. I hate holding up the line trying to... decide so I checked the Starbucks website and decided that the cupcake frapachino sounded interesting and drove down to thisStarbucks, located inside Safeway. I tried to place my order but they weren't familiar with the name and started guessing whatflavors to put in and, frustratingly, I couldn't get my cell service to work to pull up the website to show them what theirwebsite says goes in it. They were already in the process of making their best guess (which when I left i looked back on thewebsite and they guessed totally wrong anyway...) when the girl rang me up to pay. Even though it's a regular menu item on thewebsite they tried to charge me individually for the flavor pumps they used and the upcharge brought the price up substantially.When I asked about that, the male employee told me I was wrong and it wasn't a menu item and I must have looked up someone's"secret menu". I was eventually able to bring up their website on my phone to show them that it was indeed a regular menu itemon their own website but they still wouldn't honor it and eventually claimed they didn't have a button for specifically thatitem so HAD to charge individually for each ingredient. I opted to just get my regular choice of the caramel frap after that...so disappointing. Why even have a website menu if the store locations can't make what's advertised? Read more

Great tasting coffee as well as fast and courteous service. The hot sandwiches there are amazing.
