Why is the dining room closed at 8:30 when it's posted to be open until 11 pm? You can stand at the counter forever while the... staff looks at you from the back, until you finally have to ask them to come take your order. I have ordered here many times and I have maybe got an order that was right once. I always order supreme tacos, burrito supremes... and Crunchwrap supremes and I never get the supreme part. I pay extra and almost never get sour cream or tomato. It’s verydisappointing considering I am paying for the extra stuff. I never call and complain as I'm not one to do so and they won’tcare anyways, I use to work in the food industry so I get it to a point but it’s absolutely frustrating when you get homeexpecting something and get an empty taco. I placed an order to be picked up at this location through there app (it will not let you place an order near closing time) only... to get there and be told there closed. I said that I had an app order to pick up, there reply was that I would need to ask for arefund through the app. When I said it was only 9:58 (2:00am is when they are supposed to close) they could only repeat that thestore was closed. Mind you this was over the speaker which is turned off along with there screen when they are actually closed.Next time I want taco bell I will take the extra time and gas, even with today's prices to drive to canby tacobell. But no loss,this taco bell has previously messed up my order more often then all the others combined. Read more
Okay so wanted the Mexican pizza easy beans extra beef they no longer sell those so my next go to would have been a big beef... burrito supreme easy beans extra beef this is what I got. Last time I heard a big beef burrito supreme had beans beef lettucetomato onion red sauce cheese and sour cream . While the sour cream may have melted I didn't taste any sour cream in it and asyou can see there's a couple pieces of slivers of lettuce and a couple tomatoes I think they actually got the easy beans extrabeef but still pathetic amount of beef thanks everyone.. portion control goes both ways they must have a standard . Possibly the saddest and most disgusting Doritos taco I have ever seen. I even had to pull around and wait in the parking lot... for this pathetic used diaper of a taco. Whoever made this taco has completely given up on life. I didn't ask for no cheese,btw. If you don't already know or aren't from Molalla, this Taco Bell is a legendary let-down through-and-through. Unfortunately, I have made the continuous mistake of attempting to order food at this establishment, in the hopes that maybe,... just once, my order would come out complete. Alas-just as with all of my other attempts over the course of two years, this TacoBell has fallen short; if my order is not given to me without an incorrect item, than it is the amount of items that miss themark. Though I could have drove back out to get my partner the 12 pack of Cinnabon delights that he wanted, I told him that itwouldn't be worth the hassle because they would ultimately only give me 8. Please, if you are driving through Molalla, do NOTstop here- the establishment is ran by a bunch of disinterested, lack-luster, and distracted teenagers, who are counting theminutes until their shift is over. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's next door, where the staff are, at thevery least, friendly and competent. Read more
Next time, please give me red strips when I ask for them. Make a whole new order and charge me to them if you have to, but next... time PLEASE dont tell me you cant. Mobile order or not, I do not see why I cannot purchase red strips for a burrito. The lastthing I wanted was to have to come in and ask again. But, unfortunately even the drivethru window experience was met with arushed window shut in my face. Wanted to just quickly charge, grab, and go. But no. I come in for the red strips and am told toorder from the kiosk. Totally fine with that, but I just wanted red strips. Which my request had been heard. Sat there for agood few minutes wondering why the hell red strips being put into a cup and handed out had to take so long. Looked into thekiosk to kill time and they weren't even an option as a side. Finally, after everyone before me gets their orders, I'm handed myred strips and charged for them. Was that really so hard? And why couldn't it have been done WAYY sooner.? That, and I lovedbiting into that quesorito soup. Just love having a whole bunch of Sour Cream, Nacho Cheese, and Chipotle on one end of theburrito. This is THE best taco bell. Every other one has the same temperature and quality of food. This one has cold lettuce and hot... ground beef. It surprises me every time I bite in to a taco and it's crunchy and hot and the right proportions. These guysactually spread out the sour cream so you don't get it all in one bite and then none in the next bite. Read more
