I had a bad steak at an Applebee's years ago & vowed to never eat there again. I really wanted a good steak dinner & the wait at... another steakhouse was too long (we had tickets to an event) so we decided to give it a try again. This Applebee's has gone down hill over the past 3 or 4 years. Service is not there. Not sure if it's because the waitresses get... younger and younger and there's no sense of pride with them. Our waitress was horrible and really showed that she just didn'tcare. There is one waitress named Tara that has been there a long long time and I wish we could have sat in her section becauseshe is an amazing waitress. She is their Gold Star!!! Read more
I wish I could take stars away, I would get it a negative 5. We were at Applebee's on October 17th. Myself my mother and son... (for his birthday). The waitress was nice but we were seated at least 15-20 mins before other guest that were seated around ourtable. ALL of the other tables got there food before we did, even our appetizer! Then 10-15 mins after our appetizer came to us,our entrees came out. My son ordered a steak meal and my mother and I had the chicken and shrimp meal. My son's steak was NOTEVEN WARM ! There was no heat to the steak at all When the waitress brought our chicken meals, the bottom of one of the plattershad mashed potatoes on the bottom and it smeared across the table. At that point, I asked for a supervisor. When Arthur, themanager, came to our table to talk to us, he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! He told me that he was going to pay for themeal. After saying that, he processes to tell us "You can leave now !" He starts to raise his voice. Any paying customer wouldbe upset if they waited 20 mins just for an appetizer ONLY AFTER OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN GET THEIR MAIN COURSE BEFORE WEEVEN GET OUR APPETIZER! Then for the person trained to represent your company acts more unprofessional then the person hetrained. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I VISIT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION EVER AGAIN !! We left waitress was very rude and the manger did not care what so ever!!! Have not been here since!!!! I highly recommend that... you close the doors permanently!!! Loud and the appetizer we had to start off were old and nasty tasting !!! We will not begoing here again or any Applebee's for that matter!! Read more
Many years ago we stopped going to Applebee's because of the service and quality of the food. We went back a few weeks ago and... service was good as well as the food. Gave it another try and again the service and food was good. We will definitely add thisrestaurant back onto our rotation. Read more
Pretty run of the mill Applebee's experience. Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed as they were clearly understaffed, but they still... were very friendly and helpful! Had lunch with my sister and grandpa and the food was all tasty! 3 meals + Appetizer + 1 Brutus+ Sodas + Tip = $75 Read more
It was okay but expensive for just being okay. Spinach artichoke dip was good but had burnt cheese on top. Cesar salad was ok... but the lettuce was wilted, not fresh. My chicken quesadilla roll up tasted good but the tortilla was dry and crusty. Thewaitress did a good job but wasn't very friendly and acted like she didn't want to be there. It was just okay.
