We placed an order at the Moline IL location at 1:15pm its now over an hour and a half from the time we ordered and still no... pizzas. We called the location and they said somehow there was a glitch in the system and it shows we were supposed to pick upthe order so I read off the email confirmation stating right in my email confirmation that it showed delivery and it should havebeen here long ago so they apologized and offered to take 25% off the entire bill. I even left a tip for the driver so how theorder did not show on their end it was a delivery is upsetting. I have people here and none of us have eaten all day and now wehave to wait over another hour for them to remake our order when it should have been here over 45 min ago. Not very happy. Read more

You should take your money down the street to Clint?s pizza or make the extra five min drive to RI happy joes. Undercooked every... time I order and I ask for well done and crust is still white on bottom every time horrible service those kids that work therecould care less about getting someone sick for eating undercooked pizza but anything to not fall behind and have to work hard.Only reason to get a pizza here is if you like taco other wise go elsewhere. Continually disappointed with this Happy Joes location. Last 3 times I've gone here pizzas are not completely cooked and are... always lacking on the toppings of the entire pizza. If you want good quality Happy Joes, I'd recommend Rock Island or EastMoline, not the Moline one. Read more

We love Happy Joe's but since we moved to the neighborhood we have been disappointed multiple times by this location. They are... at best rude and could care less every time I visit. Pizzas are lackluster and not worth the $. Update: Decided to give themanother chance after months of not visiting. Quoted me 15 mins on a carryout, Monday evening. Great pizza and I love the fact they start delivery so early so we can get our early morning breakfast pizza fix. We've been... ordering from here for years and haven't had a single issue. Typically we get delivery but the few times we've been inside thestaff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Their prices are steep, though and I wish the coupons they gave out didn'texpire so quickly. I don't think we've ever been to actually use one. However, if you want breakfast pizza or the best tacopizza this is the place. Read more

I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza tonight. About 2in of the outer crust was just cheese, and minimal at that, and 3in of... the inner crust was (sparsely) what I ordered. It was also barely warm. I'm sorry, but for what this place charges, which is waytoo expensive, it's extremely cheap the way my pizza was made. I'm very disappointed in a place that I've been supporting for 25years. Read more
