Employees have NO manners. I believe this lack of class is the new generation's way of communication, coupled with price hikes.... This could be the beginning of the end for this of the fast food industry, at least for me.Can you imagine what's going on withyour food in the back area? I'd appreciate a please or thank you, instead of a bag being hurled at me an a window being slammedshut. Thier parents and supervisors seem to lack basic people skilz as well. Read more
I think they should change the oil they use for the potatoes more often, the customer service is not good since one speaks on... the dataphone and they do not answer or do not listen or are doing something else. Less put customer service. Read more

Normally go here every once in a while and order the same thing. A number 5 (10 piece nugget) with bbq and a sprite. My final... request is that it's fresh. I'm always respectful while ordering.. however I find myself in a rather interesting case yesterday.I got my usual plus an Ice cream which I requested to be made at the end of my order. The person at the window had an air pod onso I'm not all quite sure what he heard while I was ordering.. I get to the window expecting to be parked like usual for thefresh order only to hear them talk about my order.. Some person in maroon which I assume was the shift leader said not to parkme because my order was done? Mind you I haven't been in the line longer than 5 minutes. She gave me lukewarm nuggets and freshfries... I give props to the person at the window trying to do the right thing by saying remake the ice cream because at thispoint it was a sticky mess and melting everywhere! Excellent food and service. The waitress was was patient with the person who was with me when he complained that he wanted... her to make a fresh pot of coffee because the coffee was too weak. Read more
Ordered food online, pulled into curbside and checked in. 10 min later, no food. Went inside after seeing them clear drive thru... and they didn't even know they had an order. 15 min later we where on our way. They did make it fresh and upgraded everything,but the fact I ordered to get in and out just didn't happen. Read more
Fast, convenient, reasonable, and helpful staff. Not the biggest fan of the way the staff member talked while taking the order,... kept feeling rushed also got the food and then had to pull forward to wait (little bit longer than expected) to receive drink!Altogether far experience though.
