1st time at this location, I generally like Olive Gardens. This lunch experience has a 2 part review. The food we ordered was... classic lasagna & fettuccine & salad, everything was delicious, bread sticks warm as expected. 2nd part of review is not sogood. Started with hostess seating us at a table which was not entirely clean, she wiped off crumbs with her hand, saying oknow-ugh... ordered lunch specials, next was the mysterious 4 packages of unknown types of sweetener. My wife ordered icetea($4.09-ouch), she gets bad headaches from nutrasweet, so choosing from the 4 different colored sweetener packets, allunlabeled was a mysterious guess, none labeled (see pic). Asked server what they were, she didn't know, manager came over & shedidn't know, just management changes she quipped. When paying with cash, absolutely despise the electronic table top devices, the server brings back $72 of change with one $20 bill & rest $5 bills, can you believe it??!! topping it off, she counted itout and was short $5, to which she apologized. Server was friendly enough. Overall, food is good as expected, dining experiencewell below expectations. Management has a lot of improvements to work on. Skip this location, find another one. My most recent visit started out rough. We were seated right away and then just sat there at the table, waiting. After about 10... minutes a waitress in the area (Jessica) approached us and asked if we had been helped yet, to which I promptly responded no.She apologized and took our order. The manager (Kristen) came to our table and explained there was some miscommunication betweenthe seating staff and the waitress that caused the delay in service. She then offered to comp an appetizer and we could selectit from the handheld device at the table. I told her we had already ordered an appetizer and she let us go ahead and orderanother and she would comp them both. Our food was also entered as priority so it came out extremely fast. I can appreciate theeffort that was made to make sure our experience wasn't a complete disaster, so kudos to manager Kristen for making things rightand to Jessica for the outstanding service that followed. As for the food, the spinach artichoke dip was the best it has everbeen, creamy and full of flavor! The fried mozzarella is always a great choice for cheese lovers and my personal favorite. Iwent with the chicken and shrimp carbonara this time and it was excellent. I ordered extra sauce as well, that comes out in aseparate dish for whatever reason, but it's perfect to dip the bread sticks in! It was a very heavy cream sauce and the portionwas massive so I wasn't quite able to eat the entire dish. My son got the spaghetti and chicken strips with fries from the kidsmenu and he gave his 2 thumbs up for approval with a mouthful of spaghetti. The value of the kids menu is actually REALLY good,I was surprised by large the portions were here as well. I will be back again, the food was great and the service was too afterthe initial flop. I recommend this restaurant. Read more

No matter how many times I go there, the quality is always same. The warm bread they serve here is so soft and yummy. Every dish... comes with a complimentary soup and for me i am full with that only. My favorite soup is chicken gnocchi. Must try.. Read more

My wife, daughter and I dined here on a Sunday evening. We arrived about 5:40 and had a 25 minute wait for a table. We decided... to go to the bar and have a pre-meal beverage and an appetizer while we waited. Our bartender/waitress/hostess, Cassie, wasoutstanding! Turned out after we were seated, she continued to be our waitress, which was good because Cassie is awesome! Mydaughter and wife each had the never-ending soup and salad. I had The Tour of Italy. I was so hungry, I forgot to take apicture of my meal, and when I finally remembered, my plate was a train wreck. The food was excellent in every regard, breadsticks perfectly prepared. I also had the Chicken Gnocchi soup, which will now forever be my favorite. Read more

I always forget about this location and go to the one in Davenport. This time I decided to give this location a shot. At first... when the hostess with the glasses tried to sit us, the table was still dirty. She had a bit of an attitude when we asked her tomove. She wiped the table off and it still wasn't clean. When our sever, Laurel (I believe that was her name) came to introduceher and get our drinks we let her know that we weren't happy with the cleanliness of this table, without any hesitation sheasked us if we would like to move. She was very nice and would go back just for her service. The food was great, expensive butgreat. Seems like the prices have gone up. This is a bit random but the bathroom was very clean and tended to. Read more

Olive garden is a great place to go for a date or as an outing for your family and/or friends. There are food options available... for all. The prices are reasonable, even if slightly on the pricier end. But there is never ending soup/salad/bread-sticks so ifyou wanted to fill up on that and take your meal home, well then you have food for 2 different meals. The staff are kind andattentive, masks are required, and hand sanitizer is available in many locations. Would recommend to friends/family Read more

I really enjoyed eating at this olive garden. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was friendly. Our food came and was... delicious. Our waiter was good and I loved his upbeat nature. This is a must if you are into Olive garden and if it's your firsttime order the soup, salad and bread sticks ( chicken and gnocchi is the bomb). Also had a blue Hawaiian drink and it was sogood.
