Heather went above and beyond. Closely paid attention to what we were ordering and provided extra plates knowing we were... planning on sharing what we ordered. Even offered cups of water. The food was cold. The server behind the counter was hard to understand & didn't have our orders correct. The ice machine was... broken. Had to wait for 1 entree to finish cooking we ended up leaving without wating. We had to ask for out money back, thenthe shift manager said: he didn't ask for it, my reply: "but I did!"
