Heather went above and beyond. Closely paid attention to what we were ordering and provided extra plates knowing we were... planning on sharing what we ordered. Even offered cups of water. Very upbeat attitude as well :) It's Panda Express so food isabout the same everywhere (for some reason I thought it tasted better here). A-plus service. She should be made a role model. Read more
The food was cold. The server behind the counter was hard to understand & didn't have our orders correct. The ice machine was... broken. Had to wait for 1 entree to finish cooking we ended up leaving without wating. We had to ask for out money back, thenthe shift manager said: he didn't ask for it, my reply: "but I did!" The location appeared modern, upkept, and clean. Staff were nice andappeared well groomed. The food was served hot and fresh and... was delicious! The Manager, Emily, was very nice, professional and she smiled the entire interaction. She's wonderful and abreath of fresh air! Thank you! Read more
I hadn?t yet visited this location, so I decided to satisfy my cravings and give it a go. The drive thru took a little while,... but I remained positive considering most places are closed by 8pm nowadays due to short staff (especially in the fast foodindustry!). Anyways, leaving this review because Derek made my experience very pleasant. When I arrived at the window Icomplimented his customer service as some of the best I?ve received in like.. 2 years. He told me ?Thank you, I like to try andgive a pleasant experience because I believe it makes everyone?s day a little bit better? SO SHOUT OUT TO YOU MAN. Have to say this was one of the worst experiences ive had at a Panda Express. I went through the drive thru and was told i would... have to wait 5-7 mins for an entree, which is fine. But when i have to go back in the store after 20 mins and get my food thatwas on the counter, thats too much. Also, i drive 45 mins back home and its the wrong food (Shame on me). Read more
