The people who work here are super sweet, but OMG the wait sucks. Waited 10 mins just to order and another 15 to get my food.... And then the food wasn't correct. I understand that they're doing their best, but it's way too long for soup that comes in a baganyway. Read more

Kind of disappointed. It seems they never put extra of what I order on my food even though I pay extra for it. And yesterday I... got two tiny cubes of avocado on my sandwich. Not even a 1 actual slice of the avocado that was supposed to come on it! Justseems they do not pay attention to the order directions or if someone paid to have more of a item added. Read more

I have been stopping at a bunch of paneras across US, always for the same oatmeal, this one at this location was kind of sub... par, fewer strawberries and pecans, not a big deal but still. Also wifi is on but not working. Read more

I did the pick up for my food, I went inside and went to the area the app told me to be. I see on the screen that they are still... working on my order. My app tells me the order is ready, my name goes away On the screen I was looking at but I still don't seemmy food. Wait a couple minutes still no food, I walked up to the counter where you get your food and NO ONE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ME.I finally spoke kinda loud a couple of times to get someone to talk to me. A girl takes my name and looks over and asks someoneto check the bag that was sitting in a counter, and I finally get my food. If your not going to use the area that is set up forthat please at least have your staff acknowledge/greet the guest when they have a lost look or need to ask a question. Read more

They were out of a new menu item...should they have temporarily removed it from the menu? My buzzer activated indicating my... order was ready. I set the buzzer on the counter. This was wrong and the lady behind the counter told me to put it in thebasket on the table. When I looked up, she was walking away. I assumed the two meals on the counter were mine; because shenever said they were, nor did she tell me to enjoy, have a nice day or the like. The food is fine but that employee left mefeeling she just assumed no one came in at all. Read more
