Ordered one of the new pizza bowls, the chicken alfredo. It was the worst looking thing ever. It was watery, it was made with... the wrong ingredients. Tried to take it back and was told they don't do refunds. The manager got an attitude because I didn'twant it remade. Was told that her manager is the only one that can deal with a return, so we'll see what they have to say. Superdisappointing all the way around. Read more

Usually its good but lately they've been forgetting items that were clearly a part of the order online. If it just happened once... it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it's happened multiple times for me and my fam. Love papas pizzas, but last time I got a raw pizza. I asked to have a new one made but it was going to take over an hour so I... decided I wanted a refund. I had a perfectly horrible day yesterday and just couldn't deal with my kitchen. I ordered delivery only to see the sweetest... delivery girl bring my my "Papadia" filled with bbq chicken and supposedly bacon. It was so good! The sauce was perfect! Thechicken was great to! Read more
