I was pretty annoyed with them at first. I ordered a meatless and cheeseless pizza online. I chose clean cut but there was... nowhere for me to write food allergy (at least I didn't see a place). I tried calling right after order was placed but theyinstantly put me on hold. I ended up hanging up and calling about 5 more times before they answered. I told them what I wantedabout the food allergy but he said the pizza was already in the oven. I told him it'd be nice if you answered the phone so Icould tell you. He claimed they couldn't answer because they were making my pizza! Credit to them despite the less thenexpected service... The pizza and sticks were excellent. We rarely get to eat Papa John's but it's usually good. No one got sickeither. Read more
Pizza would have been lot better if someone would cooked it . :/ The center was so doughy it stuck to the box and the cheese it... self was still in solid shreds, umelted. I mean a med 2 topping pizza shouldn't be that hard to cook properly. Read more
Delivery driver showed up at the door, knocked briefly and left with my food before I could get to the door even though the... instructions were to *leave at the door*. They cancelled that order and then a second one. When I called to leave a complaint,they let the phone ring and didn't pick up. The single worst service I've ever had with any company. Read more
I know weather was awful. I was going to tip 5 bucks on an order costing just under 20$. But after the 75 minute expected... delivery time and another 15 minutes passed, I called to check on my order. To my great frustration at still not eating for anhour and a half, ( I was hungry when I called ), I am told that the driver called the phone I'm posting THIS REVIEW FROM, but itwasnt a WORKING NUMBER! So me and my girlfriend's order had been VOIDED and we would be recieving no food after waiting for anhour and a half and then they showed the LOVELINESS to get snotty with ME for, I dont know... Having the audacity to place mydinner order? Just added insult to injury. Amazing service all the way around. I will be speaking to GM tomorrow or Monday. This is CRAZY!! Went there today for their cheese sticks. Had friendly service. When I got home, which is across the street, I wasn't happy with... product. I know being right across the street I could have taken it back but I figured what would be the point. They would fixthe order but I really don't want to have to return food that should have been right the first time. I took photo first to showwhy it was wrong. Not sure if it was worker's fault or if new policy started on how much cheese is used. It wasn't this way 20yrs ago when they actually seem to care how product came out. Hate to say it, not posting here for your pizza, but for your DRIVERS. They blocked my driveway, they had so much room to just... go in reverse and go into the parking lot. I had to pull back INTO TRAFFIC because they would not let me into my own lot. Read more
