This rating because ONE woman was literally carrying the entire crew. Like 7 other people were doing a whole lot of nothing. No... sense of urgency on their part. She's doing all the running around and busting out drinks while the rest of the staff look likethey just started and don't know what's going on. It was more backed up then it should have been. I've worked in a restaurantbefore and that was poor management and a poor team. She deserves a raise for all her hard work though. Starbucks is Starbucks; but this one is probably the best one in our area. I don?t know if it?s because it?s close to the... hospital and they just are nicer in general because you never know, or if they are just genuinely nicer, but they have the beststaff. I like this Starbucks! The employees are always pleasant. They are pretty busy but they still will take care of me.
I've been to most of the QC Starbucks and I find this one to have the most friendly service and consistently made drinks.
