This rating because ONE woman was literally carrying the entire crew. Like 7 other people were doing a whole lot of nothing. No... sense of urgency on their part. She's doing all the running around and busting out drinks while the rest of the staff look likethey just started and don't know what's going on. It was more backed up then it should have been. I've worked in a restaurantbefore and that was poor management and a poor team. She deserves a raise for all her hard work though. Starbucks is Starbucks; but this one is probably the best one in our area. I don?t know if it?s because it?s close to the... hospital and they just are nicer in general because you never know, or if they are just genuinely nicer, but they have the beststaff. They also have the best tasting coffee/snacks. Read more
I like this Starbucks! The employees are always pleasant. They are pretty busy but they still will take care of me.
I've been to most of the QC Starbucks and I find this one to have the most friendly service and consistently made drinks.
Was just there on my way back from running home to get more baby supplies for my wife and twin girls that were just born. I... asked the very polite young lady what would be good for my exhausted wife and she recommended a dragonfly lemonade. She reallyhelped us out in a time of need. Don't go here unless you want to explain to them your very simple drink just for them to do something different. All the while,... they argue with you about it. Waste of money at this one. Smh. Read more
Walking in you need to look out for the spiders!!! Tables, chairs and leather chairs dirty. Where the pastries were there were... flies inside. Coffee excellent and I asked for a little ice and they did just that. Overall good but cleanliness needs to belooked at better. Read more
