Last night my wife and I came in, ordered a milkshake and a large ice tea, and redeemed a free milkshake that my won from a... survey she did online from our previous steak and shake purchase on Tuesday this week. She ran to 711 to go get smokes, while Iwas drinking my milkshake inside the lobby at steak n shake, it was freazing outside. The manager last night saw I was drinkingmy milkshake, I wasn't bothering anyone. She kicked us out for supposed loitering, buying food more than one time in a week andthreatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. Keep in mind, we were going to leave when I was done with my milkshake. I havenever been so disrespected for paying for a food and eating it, then getting kicked out for what? My friends and I just went to go have lunch at this steak and shake today and we were instantly greeted with a feeling of not... being welcome. My friend is 19 and currently battling osteosarcoma in her leg and therefore has a handicap pass. As soon as wewalked into the store the manager, David, said to us ?you know you have to be handicapped to park there?. just because he saw agroup of younger kids he took it upon himself to assume that none of us had a handicap. He had even admitted that he neverquestions elderly people who come in with handicap passes, therefore admitting to the fact that he discriminated against myfriend just because she?s young. Went here with a few of my friends. My friend is currently battling osteosarcoma and is 20. She has a handicap sticker due to... the surgery she had recently had. We walked in and the first thing the manager David had to say was "you do know you have to behandicapped to park there?" Just jumped right at us assuming because we were teens that being handicapped just wasn't possible?He was so quick to assume because of our age. Went through the drive-through and received the wrong order. Went inside and manager checked order, but then when I went outside... to give it to my wife, it was wrong again. We should have gotten 1 large fry and cheese sauce. I could hear the manager say "Seewhat's wrong with his order now" when I came up again. She tried to say that she gave us regular fries and last time she gave ussmall fries. She wouldn't even give me the large fries, even though that's what we ordered but they gave us no receipt. I couldalso hear the manager telling her employees "You better get these orders right or I will lock the breakroom". NOT a goodexperience at all! Read more
We order two combos all the time. To go or dine in. And the orders aren't ever correct. Plus the host wasn't very helpful. And... people making the orders were slow. This is why I usually go to your restaurant on Elmore Ave now. Service is much better.There. Read more

Service was good but the food was not up to standard I'd say. I got a sandwich that's was slop. Had the smallest amount of meat... I have ever seen on a sandwich . Was not busy and this was during lunch time so I see why its not busy Read more
No waitress, had to do your own ordering, get your own drinks and pick up your food. Constant getting up and going after items.... Food was good but didn't like the rest of the experience. Probably won't go back! Read more
