Employee?s go out of their way to complain about their job to customers and they?re extremely rude. They?re not interested in... the quality of your food. I?ve gone to this location many times and it?s constantly disappointing. They have soggy bread, I havereceived moldy tomatoes, and this past time going, I spent over $50 on food for delivery and it did not arrive.. ever. Read more

this is terrible. when i ordered my sub the worker with the wart TOUCHED her phone while making my sub. i asked her to change... her gloves, she did but what she did was worse, SHE COUGHED ON HER HAND. then she took almost two minutes while coughing thenshe put the glove back on. this is a health concern not only to me but other customers. this is truly disgusting. please changethat Read more

I?m a student at moline high school So I was hungry after school and wanted a quick bite before basketball practice so I went to... the subway right next to my school . I ended up spending 30 mins waiting for a sandwich that would never come because mysandwich was never made even after I ordered. That?s 30 mins I?ll never get back. I saw employees wiping sweat of their body theproceed to two touch people order with those same hands. Do better. Train your workers better. They should expect customers at3:00 especially knowing their store is right next to the biggest school in the quad cities. Employees didn't seem to care about the quality of their food, were slow, seemed irritated that they had to do their job, and... didn't bother to say anything about missing ingredients for a menu special, until my partner pointed out that they weren't onthe sandwich. Gave us 10% off a sandwich but seemed overall very rude and had poor customer service skills. As someone who hasworked in a similar environment, I know it can be stressful but this was unacceptable to me. Read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I?ve worked at multiple subways and this one is by far out of standard. I went in for a bacon... salad. A shorter African American lady was rude and told her employee that it would be a protein bowl, they didn?t give thecorrect amount of meat. They didn?t even ask the rude lady told me to just go to veggies because that?s all I?d get. I had totell her my choice of meat. Last I checked a protein bowl was a 6 inch portion of veggies, foot long portion of meat. I got 3pieces of bacon that?s it. That?s not the correct portion. I will never go back to this subway because this was ridiculous and Ido want to speak to someone about this. Read more

My little family has fast food Fridays and normally it ends up being subway. I want to say the workers that work the evening... shift are AMAZING! Been there quite a few times now. Sometimes it's slow sometimes it's busy. When it's busy watching them workwith each other but yet still have smiles on their faces plus talking to their customers is impressive! When I go in and it'sslow someone is cleaning or stocking something. Overhearing them joke around and talk gives the store a welcoming feeling. Theyall deserve a raise!!! Thank you. Read more

There were issues with the mobile order system and the location was closing early due to tech and staffing issues. BUT the two... ladies that helped me tonight were fantastic! I arrived after they had closed the doors, but they opened back up for me and mademy sandwiches since I had already paid via the mobile app. Five stars for the employees and food, minus one star for the app! Normally I come here everything is fine, I will say majority of the employees there specifically first shift need to work on... their customer service skills. I placed a mobile order at 10:00am to be ready by 11:15am. Clocked out for my lunch at 11:05 andwent to pick it up. Walk in and they didn?t even have my order. Even though my receipt claimed they received it. The employeelooked back at her manager and said I had my receipt on my phone so they told her to make it. Mind you she was NOT making mysandwiches at a decent speed. The whole point of mobile ordering is so that it?s ready when you come to get it. I?m on my lunchbreak so I was kind of in a hurry.
