Tried to go through the drive thru at 1 in the afternoon. Watched 3 other cars drive away from the speaker and not to actually... get food. After 18 minutes called inside to make sure they were taking orders and they said we will make sure someone takes yourorder asap. Waited 7 more minutes before leaving without anyone even saying a word over the speaker. No sorry, no it will bejust a moment, nothing. In that time I watched 8 cars leave the line behind us but I just wanted to see how long It would taketo be acknowledged before I got too annoyed. When I drove around the building I saw 3 people in red shirts standing by thedrive-through window looking like they were talking. Not sure exactly what was going on, but it looks like this is a common Occurrence over the past several months based on other reviews including the word drive-through. Read more
To be honest the atmosphere is uncomfortable. Everyone wearing the red Wendy's uniform seemed tired, grumpy, and overworked. The... only one in red that was in the "customer service mood" was the cashier. He mentioned before I ordered that if my order wasmessed up it was because they were training that day. My order was prepared correctly and the food was delicious. Four starsbecause I doubt I'll return to this location. I don't like to feel as if I'm ordering my lunch from an underpaid sweatshop. Went here to get my daughter's dinner. Went through drive thorough and spent 25 minutes. They were busy and short staffed. The... manager on duty, Lisa, was wery nice. She explained they had 3 new hires on their 1st day. The food was hot and delicious. Read more
This was the most horrific experience as many prior, however today, 2 managers were speaking on the line in front of everyone. ... Yelling one of the employees was not in policy attire during the lunch rush, looked at the order dine in several times butcontinued to speak amongst themselves. We waited for ordering over 5 plus minutes. We only have 30 minutes for lunch. If itwasn't for another employee whi was totally clueless started to take orders, nothing would have gotten accomplished. Mind youboth managers went to the back office leaving the front of the house unattended. After receiving my food 11 minutes later , themanagers appeared and continued the conversation about how they had to stay till 2 am because no one does their job. Iunderstand being short handed, morale down but totally over the limit for customer service. This has been my 3rd time there,hoping it would improve, but I will never refer or be back. Burger was so crispy and clean. We ordered one large fry to charge and 2 jr bacons each. I will say this. They must have new... management. We didn?t come for so long Becuase we got food poisoning twice last year. So glad they cleaned up!!! The hard workand effort in the management and crew is really showing !! Keep it up moline team! ?? Worst wendy's ever. Maybe the worst fast food place ever. Workers are about useless... chicken sandwiche was disgusting. And... fries seemed like they were a day old. Had to ask 3 times for a straw... avoid at all cost. Definitely a waste of money. Read more
