Zero stars!!! Worst customer service. Managers are rude as ever. They just lost a family of Wingstop customers. Awful experience... ordering over the phone. Normally you can?t even get someone to answer. The manager got the order wrong many times and wascorrected. Went in to pick up the order I ordered 24 wings of different flavors for my family. They put all the wings togetherinto one container. Which is not okay. One child of mine has allergies. The other will not eat hot food. I asked why it is alltogether and he said it saves money! Ha! Must be nice. (Forget what?s right as long as it saves money ) Got home with the foodafter this ordeal, we were missing food. Like seriously. Had to call to speak to two managers. Rude as ever. They were notwanting to help. Asked me to bring my food back from Bettendorf so they could make sure it was wrong. I hung up in frustrationand ridiculousness. We will not be back. It?s crazy. Normally spending an upwards of at least $50 there on special wing nights.And we were treated as if we did not matter. We no longer support the Moline Wingstop. Read more
Don?t bother. Placed an order online that said pickup in 15-20mins. Got there and there were dozens of people waiting for food... that had been there for over an hour already. They could have turned off online ordering if they were that far behind, butdidn?t. Employees refused to refund. Ended up having to file a chargeback on our credit card for services not received. Everytime I order from here there is some sort of issue. Clearly a major management problem at this location. Read more
Very slow and Inexperienced. I had a scheduled pick up order and I waited 35 minutes after that time for my food. Communication... is not the best. Service was terrible! I will not be returning anytime soon. Read more
Wings are good but still can?t eat in and we were passing by and decided to order and they said we can?t take your order inside... you have to place online. What the heck is up with that the register is literally right in front of them. Last time I will cometo this one. Service is horrible. Read more
