I am so glad to know there is a place I can go for way over priced coffee and extremely rude managers. Stopped and got all the... good stuff for my wife (pumpkin spiced latte) and decided to get her a holiday cup since they signs everywhere that they were%30 off. Think again don't believe signs they lead you to very wrong assumptions and an expensive purchases that were only worthit because it was exactly what your wife wanted. Anyhow when I went to get checked out the cashier it rang up it rang up at fullprice, she asked the manager about it and the manager responded to me, that was through Christmas and it is Christmas, do youwant it or not? Waited 15 minutes for a Venti Pike place, never received my coffee after I paid for it. Got tired of waiting so I left. ... Employees doing other things besides taking care of customers. Common sense is lacking at this Starbucks. Read more
