We stopped here at 4pm on Sunday November 6, 2022 and they were closed. They were supposed to be open till 9pm as stated here... on Google maps. However there hours are not posted on the door or windows of this business. I would call ahead to make sure ifthey're open before going to this facility. Read more
Like the store and they make awesome sandwiches, but wasn't open at noon on Sunday. Please update the hours
Update your hours of operation- I've stopped numerous times when you post that the Monaca PA store is open when it's not. I get... that staffing reserves the right to change hours but the online communication is bad. Sandwiches are good ???? Read more
Ordered a giant Italian club, toasted.. Long story short, when the sandwiched reached my location, it wasn't toasted and didn't... have the vinaigrette and basil applied on it, without these ingredients, JJ sub was at best basic! Definitely not near on thelevel as Jersey Mike's.. and as I told the"Manager, theres something that tastes like a bad grade of beacon but the sandwichdidn't have beacon! Something tastd overly cured.. I don't think I would have wrote this review if I would not have paid $25bucks for this overly cured basic tasting sub..but I did! Ordered a sandwich and sat waiting for it for 20minutes as the crew was standing around talking and laughing with each other. I... watched one guy make my sandwich and stop every 30seconds to talk to his coworkers. This jimmy John's is not so freaky fast.Mind you I was the only customer in at this time. The staff is excellent. Do not order online Sundays after 3pm. They currently stated they do not have the staff to stay open... for night shift. Placed an online order and got a call they would not be able to make my order. Jimmy John's Corporate hadbetter figure out a solution like many others in the service industry experiemcing service failures. You are letting yourcurrent employees down and the General public. After many order screw ups and horrible customer relations we won't be returning. 2 times are we made an order online or through... the Jimmy John's app they didn't have a driver and then didn't refund. Another time ordered and they closed early. When they doget all the way to delivery, items are forgotten or smell like cigarette smoke (manager quote "We don't get breaks, and that'sthe only time we can smoke.") Today we ordered a wrap on special, they ran out of chicken and refused to just swap out withanother meat. If you don't have items, take them off your menu. Everyone else does.
