Cindi, wow just wow. We are in Monaca, PA for our sons hockey tournament. While here our dear friends son wanted to complete his... CARS collection of toys. They need to change their grease more often. Their food always taste burned or like old oil and I only eat where every couple... months but it's always the same thing. The associates are always nice tho. Read more
Drive thru: I was really thirsty and hungry after shopping at Walmart and I ordered fish sandwich and Iced Tea but tea was not... iced was warm and fish sandwich was chewy. Always order at a different location and have not been disappointed. Read more
So, there was a pretty big issue with my order today- my Quarter Pounder was almost completely raw. New people, I understand.... The managers on shift between 1:45-2pm had my sandwich remade for me without making me feel like a jerk asking for areplacement!. When it was finished she personally checked the doneness herself, threw in an iced coffee, and a couple of valuemeals for my troubles. So while, yes, they made a mistake with my order, they still get 5 stars for their customer service,because all I wanted was my sandwich to be cooked and they gave so much more! Read more
