This particular Panera is absolutely the best. The manager is incredible and really made our visit special. It's so fun to meet... people who go out of their way to make your day enjoyable. The cook, Delaney, made THE best breakfast sandwiches including agluten-free one for me. She is amazing. When in Beaver, hit this Panera, you'll love it. Read more

The only reason I'm not rating this one star is due to positive past experiences. This was definitely a one-star visit. I'm an... unlimited sips member, and since there was only one person at the registers, I ordered at the kiosk. Big mistake. I ordered 2sliced cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. At most 30 seconds to slice and dump on a plate. I got my self serve drink andwaited. And waited. After 15 minutes I went up - they hadn't even noticed my order. They said they'd get right to it. I wentback to my seat and kept an eye on the order counter. Nothing. Loads of other people were getting their orders in a timelyfashion. Finally, after ANOTHER 15 minute wait, I went back up. What looked like my order was sitting next to the register. Noone called my name. No one texted my number that I'd provided at the kiosk. It took another 2 minutes to get someone's attentionto ask if that was my order and I could take it. And then the bottom of BOTH of my bagels were coated with everything bageltoppings, so they tasted awful. I wiped them off with a napkin and still tasted the savory ruining my sweet. Cashier was great. As we had issues with a gift card. However, when we got our food, one sandwiches was wrong. When my husband... said he didn't want it, he wanted what he ordered. She huffed. Threw it in the trash, a complained about someone put the orderin wrong. She hurriedly got him another sandwich and huffed more when she gave it to him. About 2 minutes later she rushed outthe door. It's been over 15 years since I've been to a Panera and I seen this place and decided to stop. I wanted to know of they sold the... i-c mochas anymore the ones with the big green straws sadly they had no clue what i was talking about but! The guy there wasmore then happy to try and remake it for me so I thank you very much for giving me something I enjoyed as a child gave me goodmemories thank u worth checking out if you like this type of food???????? There's a pretty good group of young people working here. Over all, they are friendly and pleasant to deal with. There are also... some excellent managers here. Sam is hard working, pleasant, and does his best to keep things running smoothly. He does NOTstandaround and give orders, but pitches in and helps! Way to go Sam...keep up the good work!! Read more

Two soups for $13.38. It's getting pretty expensive. Also, despite the fact that I ordered two chicken noodle soups and one... turkey chili soup, and despite the fact that the order was double checked AND signed off, guess what? I got one chicken noodlesoup and two turkey chili soups. Don't trust the ticket. Open up the bag and double check their work. I wish I did. Thisexperience left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
